Itinerary

Enter the Canyon
Meet near Camp Verde. Hike 6 miles into the canyon along the Verde River. Set up camp at a scenic dispersed site by the water.

River Exploration
Full day exploring the river canyon. Discover swimming holes, unique geology, and riparian wildlife. Evening campfire by the river.

Return Journey
Morning swim and camp breakdown. Hike out of the canyon with memories of the desert oasis.
